Join Us For An Advent Half-Day Yoga & Contemplation Retreat

Peace On Earth

A half-day retreat retreat to explore the depth of peace as more than just a sense of calm, but as a call to active restoration and non-violence, looking to Jesus as our Prince of Peace.

Peace on Earth

🌟 What if peace was more than the quiet we crave in a noisy season?
🌟 What if peace wasn’t only stillness of heart, but a restoration of the whole worldGod’s dream for creation alive among us?

During Advent, we look to Jesus, the Prince of Peace. Not only the One who calms storms and whispers comfort, but the One who comes to make all things whole. Scripture names this peace eirene and shalom—a peace that is more than the absence of conflict. It is wholeness, restoration, the mending of relationships with God, with one another, with creation, and even within ourselves.

In yoga philosophy, we call this ahimsanon-violence, a way of living that honors life with compassion and reverence. Together, these truths remind us: peace is not passive. Peace is an active call, an embodied practice, a way of being rooted in God’s love and extended outward as healing.

This half-day retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe, and wonder at the depth of peace. To sit in stillness, yes—but also to rise into the holy work of restoration and non-violence. To remember that in Christ, we are already held in right relationship. To embody the Advent hope that peace on earth is not a far-off dream, but a present possibility.

Come and prepare your heart this Advent to receive the fullness of Christ’s peace: peace within, peace between, and peace for the world.
